摘要：构建财务危机预警系统是我国资本市场理想发展的需要，本文从理论依据、经济基础和技术支撑三个方面分析了构建我国上市公司财务危机预警系统的可行性，提出了构建财务危机预警系统的新思路和基本框架，旨在预防和化解上市公司财务危机。
Abstract：Constructing financial crisis pre-warning system is the necessity to the development of capital market in China. This paper analyzes the possibility of constructing financial crisis pre-warning system of the listed companies from three aspects , theory，economics and technology, and works out the new thought and basic framework of constructing financial crisis pre-warning system so as to prevent and resolve the financial crisis of  the listed companies.
